...FUR by PETA

There’s nothing glamorous about killing animals for their fur. Animals trapped for their fur are strangled, beaten, crushed or drowned. Animals on fur farms spend their entire lives in cramped, filthy wire cages and are killed by suffocation, neck breaking, poisoning or genital electrocution. Sometimes these methods only stun the animals, who often “wake up” while they’re being skinned. Listen to these celeb´s....

This beautiful, beautiful e-card starring Christina Applegate it’s been all over the blogosphere already. The Samantha Who? star posed nude to help remind people to stay away from fur and fur-trim during the holiday season. Check it out—it´s gorgeous!!

Eva doesn't mind making a few waves either, especially when it comes to helping animals. We love Eva for her staunch anti-fur stance. Not only is she talented and beautiful, she also put her bum on the line (literally!) for fur-bearing animals when she posed naked in our "I´d rather go naket than wear fur" ad that made a huge media splash .

Charlotte Ross, who plays unshakable Detective Connie McDowell on the celebrated series, is the latest in a long line of famous faces—and bodies—to bare it all for animals.Ross loses her uniform for PETA’s "Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" series, replacing her badge with one, carefully positioned, white rabbit. The two-time Emmy-nominated actor creates an arresting image with an enticing message: "I’d rather show my buns than wear fur." The full-page ad, shot by photographer Robert Sebree in L.A. last month, was published in Gear magazine.

From her lyrics to her life, Garbage frontwoman Shirley Manson is known for being strong, sexy, and not afraid to speak her mind. That's why the gorgeous Scottish-born rocker agreed to step in front of the camera to show consumers what the fashion industry doesn't want you to see: the bloody, lifeless bodies of animals who were drowned, beaten to death, gassed, electrocuted, or even skinned alive for their fur. Holding the bloody body of a skinned "fox," Shirley tells fur-wearers, "Here's the rest of your fur coat," in PETA's new hard-hitting anti-fur ad.
Says Shirley, "When PETA approached me about this particular campaign, I was really honored to be asked, and I felt like I had a chance to add my voice to the dissent against the way animals can be treated all over the world by all persons."

In addition to being the star of the hit reality series Miami Inc.,Ami James tagline "Ink, Not Mink"—as part of PETA's anti-fur campaign.
Creating amazing art and tattoos isn't the only thing that Ami knows a thing or two about. He also knows about the realities of the fur industry and knows he would never support an industry that tortures and kills animals in the name of fashion.
